The eligibility for returns and refunds applies in cases where the product received is defective or does not match the specifications agreed upon during the purchasing process. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Alterations, modifications, or tampering with the purchased product voids the return policy. Notifications must be made within seven days of receipt.
